We will do everything we can to keep your critical copy, print and fax equipment functioning properly. Our proactive service program is designed to prevent insignificant issues from becoming serious. By staying ahead of the curve, we are able to locate and resolve technical issues before they happen, complete service in a timely fashion and lengthen your equipment’s lifespan.

Remote Monitoring

Using a combination of Konica Minolta Web Connection and/or PrintAudit software, we can remotely monitor your equipment and be aware of potential technical issues before they disrupt your workflow. This system allows us to receive email updates on page count, error and service data, alerting us to your maintenance needs in real time.

Responsiveness

Our average response occurs in less than the industry standard of four hours. Our technicians are trained in the most current and advanced methods available and carry a large parts inventory. We fix approximately 96% of all technical problems in the first visit.

Certified Technicians

Our service technicians are trained and certified by Konica Minolta, KIP of America and HP. They are considered experts in printing, imaging and multifunction technologies, and are able to manage all aspects of a diverse output fleet. American Duplicating also has MCSE Certified Systems Engineers on staff and offers the IT  services for our MFP customers 

Monthly Management Reports

American Duplicating will provide you with monthly management reports that track each device's age, utilization, performance and maintenance schedule.
