As long as you meet factory specifications and work with a compatible network system, we will replace your system with a brand new model.

American Duplicating confidently guarantee an overall uptime of at least 97%. If this target is not met, we will credit 10% of your total monthly base fee for that month.
If American Duplicating can not repair a piece of equipment within 24 hours of a service request or if equipment must be returned to our service facility, we will provide loaner equipment, at no charge, to you.
GOLD Maintenance Agreement
An all-inclusive cost-per-image service program that covers the costs of imaging supplies, parts and labor throughout a customizable contract length of one to five years.
SILVER Maintenance Agreement
A cost-per-image service program that covers the costs of imaging supplies, only, throughout a customizable contract length of one to 5 years. Parts and labor are paid for on a separate time and materials basis.
Through our systems and software, we monitor installed devices in order to replace consumable supplies and parts before their expected yield. During these visits, our certified technicians will clean, inspect and perform other preventive maintenance procedures to insure maximum uptime.
Our implementation team will oversee the installation of all connected devices. This includes unpacking, device placement, driver installation, connectivity to the network, device configuration and testing.
Our education team will provide basic feature training to all end users and advanced training to key administrative personnel. Classes can be tailored to fit your specific needs.
